Kickboxing in Kelowna

I went in to a self defense studio here in Kelowna called Avatar Self Defense to check out kickboxing that was a year ago - my wife and I have been going now for a year. Avatar offers a no holds barred approach to Kickboxing, kenpo and freestyle. Not a place for the faint of heart - Ian Kralt is a great teacher and forces you to dig deep each and every class.
